Two ways to leave with an answer.

Most jobs need a mark on the slab before the next trade starts. Some jobs need a report the engineer can keep. We do both.

Scan & Mark

When you show us where you want a hole drilled, we mark that location and scan the concrete around it. The goal is simple: no rebar, post-tension cable, conduit, or pipe in the cut. A palm antenna reaches tighter rooms and smaller slabs when a full cart will not fit.

  • — Quick, accurate marks for rebar, conduits, pipes, and post-tension cables
  • — Slab thickness measurements
  • — Void and deterioration detection
  • — Works on slab-on-grade and suspended slabs
  • — One-sided access — no film on the ceiling below
  • — Palm antenna for confined spaces

Custom 3D Reports

Custom 3D reporting maps what is inside the concrete without drilling. We image each layer inch by inch, then deliver a report you can hand to an engineer or keep with the building file. Typical grids are 2x2, 2x4, and 4x4, with custom sizes when the job needs them.

  • — 3D image of the scanned area
  • — Layer-by-layer views, inch by inch
  • — Rebar spacing, depth, and slab thickness
  • — Confirms and documents a 2D scan
  • — Custom report deliverables
  • — One-sided access — no x-ray setup
